I've had my slow cooker for ...This one sounds good! I've had my slow cooker for a couple of years and I love it. It's tricky getting meat in big enough pieces to put in it though. <BR/><BR/>I use chicken breasts quite a bit as they are big enough not to dry out. I also make a mean soup in my slow cooker! I have some low carb recipe books for slow cookers too if there's something in particular that you'd like to make. The only problem is finding ingredients here. Japan hasn't gone low carb. <BR/><BR/>The cornstarch is for thickening, right? I'd probably substitute guar gum...I got it in Canada a few years ago.
